After receiving your email, GXMA will reply to you within 5 business days regarding the next steps and application fees. We accept a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and bank transfers.
After receiving your payment and relevant information, GXMA will commence the application review process. This will involve various steps including, but not limited to, background checks, document reviews, product examinations, financial audits, onsite field research, etc.
GXMA will notify you via email if any additional documents are needed. Upon approval of the application, you will be able to access your certificate through the GXMA database. The physical certificate will then be mailed to you via premium express delivery.
